Facebook Media Buyer - Life Insurance

We're looking for an experienced Facebook Media Buyer to join our fast-growing team at Razor Ridge, managing and optimizing client campaigns in our Done For You (DFY) program for life insurance agents.

Razor Ridge helps life insurance agents generate high-quality leads through our proven marketing system. Our DFY program provides agents with a private lead generation system that delivers consistent results through optimized advertising campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to maximize Upgrade to see actual info and reduce cost per lead
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend budgets effectively
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Make data-driven adjustments to campaign elements including: Budget allocation, Creative performance, Bidding strategies
- Participate in weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to review performance and discuss strategy
- Collaborate with our Ad Account Administrator on campaign setups
- Communicate campaign performance updates to relevant stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Facebook ad campaigns
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for lead generation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Experience with performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Strong communication and reporting skills

Desired Skills
- Additional experience with TikTok advertising
- Knowledge of the life insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking

You'll work directly with:
- Company Director and Senior Media Buyer for strategy and performance
- Ad Account Administrator for campaign setup
- Director of Agent Services for account-specific questions
