Social Media Reel Content Creator

I am looking for someone to take my long form videos and using tools like CapCut or Opus, create reels and short form video. I would like some initial project work with videos I have currently and then an ongoing process of creating reels with weekly long form videos or Broll. Able to be innovative in alignment with my mission, messaging and brand. Really looking for a long term partner to help the business grow via social.
