JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As an Experienced Cold Calling Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, initiating cold calls, and setting appointments for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving the lead generation process, working independently, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospects.
Schedule appointments for the sales team by setting up meetings with interested and qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and appointments to ensure timely follow-through.
Meet and exceed call and appointment-setting targets on a consistent basis.
Identify new opportunities and provide feedback to the sales team to improve the process.
Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies for improving call success.

Qualifications:
At least 6+ months of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
Proven track record of successfully setting appointments or generating leads through cold calls.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and continue pushing for success.
Comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage leads and appointments.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Previous experience in B2B cold calling is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
