JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Account Representative at Fair Ground Inc. will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in Modern Trade, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), and convenience stores. You will work closely with clients, ensuring they have the products and support needed to succeed. You will also be tasked with expanding our customer base, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships across the wholesale and retail sectors.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Modern Trade, HORECA, and convenience stores.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, orders, and concerns.
Provide clients with product information, marketing materials, and sales support.
Sales Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share.
Regularly visit client locations to ensure product visibility and address any concerns.
Client Support:

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their staff.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and in-store activations.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Expansion:

Identify potential new clients in the Modern Trade, HORECA, and convenience store sectors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for entering new markets and accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Prepare regular reports for management, detailing progress against sales targets and market activities.
Provide recommendations for improving sales and customer service based on data analysis.
Order Management:

Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve any delivery or supply issues.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
Proven track record of managing accounts in Modern Trade, HORECA, or convenience stores.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
