Executive Virtual Assistant - Cybersecurity/GRC Government Contracting

We are certified WOSB cybersecurity and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) consulting firm. We're relaunching with a focused mission to help small businesses meet cybersecurity requirements for federal contracts, specifically for DoD, DISA, and DHS. Our team brings expertise through CISA, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, and Security+ certifications.

Position Overview:
We need a highly skilled Executive VA to support our 30-day business relaunch. You'll play a crucial role in implementing our strategic pivot to serve small government contractors with compliance needs. This role offers significant growth potential as our business expands.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience supporting business executives or consultants
- Understanding of government contracting terminology
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong document formatting and attention to detail
- Research capabilities for identifying contract opportunities
- Experience with CRM systems and website content management
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively

Responsibilities:
- Support website redesign implementation focusing on our cybersecurity services
- Format compliance documentation and assessment reports
- Research government contract opportunities within DoD, DISA, and DHS
- Prepare proposal documents and capability statements
- Manage client communications and scheduling
- Set up and maintain CRM and other business systems
- Assist with business development activities

Hours and Compensation:
- 20 hours per week
- $6-12/hour based on experience and skills
- Long-term position with potential for increased hours
