Shopify Customer Support Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to help manage customer inquiries and social media interactions for our Shopify store.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer service inquiries via email and social media, providing great service and maintaining a positive brand image.

Tasks will include responding to emails and messages, sharing tracking info with customers, monitoring page comments closely, reporting back to manager and other similar task. Guidelines and templates will be provided.

Increase of work to full time and potential promotion to management position will also be available. Must be familiar with Shopify, Facebook business page, Instagram business page.
