What You'll Do
As a NetSuite Solutions & Managed Services Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored NetSuite solutions that align with clients' business needs. You will work closely with new and existing clients to optimize their NetSuite environments, ensuring smooth integrations, data integrity, and ongoing system improvements. Your expertise in NetSuite functional consulting, project delivery, and managed services will help clients enhance their business processes and maximize their NetSuite investment. You will also contribute to business process documentation and case study development, reinforcing the company’s thought leadership and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
NetSuite Functional Consulting & Project Delivery:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into tailored NetSuite solutions.
- Lead NetSuite integration projects, working with Celigo, EDI providers, 3PLs, and other third-party solutions.
- Support NetSuite project recovery efforts, stabilizing and optimizing existing NetSuite environments.
- Ensure data governance, integrity, and security, managing customizations, workflows, and scheduled scripts.
- Configure and manage API connections and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop customized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches for actionable business insights.
- Manage NetSuite upgrades, test new features, and roll out updates to client environments.
Managed Services & Ongoing Client Support:
- Serve as the primary NetSuite expert and point of contact for managed services clients.
- Monitor and maintain client NetSuite environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Oversee post-implementation optimization, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation.
- Provide ongoing training, best practices, and user adoption strategies to enhance client efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to prioritize and execute NetSuite enhancements.
- Maintain clear documentation of client configurations, process changes, and issue resolutions.
Business Process Documentation & Case Study Writing:
- Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and integration touchpoints.
- Document client success stories and case studies to showcase measurable impact and company expertise.
- Assist in creating whitepapers, best practice guides, and training materials to support client learning.
What You Should Have
MUST HAVES:
- A minimum of five years of experience in ERP consulting, NetSuite administration, or managed services roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a global remote or virtual environment for a company in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant, or SuiteAnalytics) are highly desirable.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party solutions, particularly in the fashion and apparel sectors.
- Knowledge of Celigo, SPS Commerce, or other integration platforms is an advantage.
- Proven ability to document workflows, manage system improvements, and track client service requests effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client business needs, translate requirements into tailored NetSuite solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in creating detailed business process documentation, SOPs, and case studies to support client success and product improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements, including both new implementations and long-term managed services.
