Research Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Research Assistant to support the company’s efforts in federal contracting and procurement research. This role is integral to maintaining up-to-date and accurate information for our platform, crafting impactful content, and ensuring our clients are equipped with the latest insights to succeed in the competitive government contracting space.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
• Conduct ongoing research on federal procurement processes, government contracting opportunities, and legislative updates.
• Monitor changes in government policies and regulations affecting federal contracts.
• Summarize and synthesize complex information into actionable insights for internal and client use.
Bid and Workflow Support:
• Collect, review, and summarize government bids, preparing them for internal review.
• Assist in creating workflows and guides tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity and precision in all materials.
Content Development:
• Draft content for newsletters, newsflash
• Collaborate with the social media and copywriting teams to deliver accurate and engaging materials.
• Leverage AI to fact-check and validate content to maintain credibility and reliability.
Information Organization:
• Build and maintain a centralized repository of research findings and bid opportunities.
• Ensure all information is well-organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for both internal and client use.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge or interest in American politics and federal procurement processes.
• Proven experience in research, content creation, or program administration is preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to the CEO’s voice and style.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and fact-checking abilities.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex information in a clear and concise format.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
