Scrum Master (Remote)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master who facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes roadblocks for development teams, and ensures adherence to Agile best practices. Supports product managers in organizing sprints, backlog grooming, and team coordination. Tracks sprint progress and helps improve efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks.

Must-Haves:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience facilitating Agile teams, particularly in tech or product development.
Strong understanding of backlog management and sprint planning.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve team blockers.

Other Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Should be comfortable working asynchronously and across multiple time zones.
Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.
Excellent English Communication Skills
Available to work in US Timezone
Attention to detail and Time Management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting

DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps
