TikTok Affiliate Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

*Affiliate Outreach & Recruitment
Find, vet, and onboard high-potential TikTok creators into our TikTok Shop Affiliate Program.
Send 100+ outreach messages per day to creators via TikTok DM, Email, and Upgrade to see actual info.
Leverage TikTok Creator Marketplace & other influencer platforms to find affiliates.

*Negotiation & Deal Closing
Persuade creators to promote our products on commission-based deals.
Negotiate better commission structures with high-performing creators.
Get creators to post ASAP & follow up on commitments.

*Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track affiliate-generated revenue & commission payouts.
Identify top-performing creators and develop long-term relationships.
Report on best-performing content & sales trends for future partnerships.

*Affiliate Program Management
Manage creator contracts & agreements to avoid compliance issues.
Assist creators with product sample requests, tracking links, and creative assets.
Scale outreach efforts using AI automation tools.

*** Requirements:
2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or sales (TikTok experience preferred)
Proven track record of recruiting & managing influencers to drive revenue
Highly persuasive & confident in closing deals with creators
Experience with TikTok Shop, Creator Marketplace, and affiliate platforms
Strong organizational skills – can manage 100+ creator conversations at once
Ability to work independently & hit performance targets
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

Bonus Skills:
Experience using AI automation tools for outreach (e.g., GPT, Zapier, PhantomBuster)
Background in eCommerce, DTC brands, or performance marketing
