Monetize Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, excels at executive support, and has a knack for marketing operations and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
? Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
? Handle email correspondence, filter high-priority messages, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
? Anticipate the CEO’s needs, prepare necessary resources, and ensure timely follow-ups.
? Organize internal and client meetings, coordinate agendas, and track action items under tight deadlines.

Data-Driven Analysis
???? Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
???? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization.
???? Support decision-making with real-time data and reports.

Team Collaboration & Leadership
???? Work closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to execute marketing projects.
???? Assist in client communications and relationship management to enhance retention and satisfaction.
???? Keep the team informed on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications
???? Proven Executive Assistance Experience – At least 2+ years of supporting senior executives in a dynamic environment.

???? Marketing & Communication Expertise – Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in marketing-related tasks.

???? Tech-Savvy & Highly Organized – Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Slack), calendar systems, and email marketing platforms.

???? Client-Focused Mindset – Experience managing high-value client relationships, ensuring excellent service and retention.

???? Automation & Efficiency-Driven – Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus.

???? Self-Starter Mentality – Ability to manage priorities independently, work efficiently under pressure, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
