Hi, I’m Robyn Tanner, and I’m here to light a fire in the world.

I’ve spent over 26 years as a fitness coach, transformation expert, and keynote speaker, helping people fight for their future selves and rise above their struggles. After overcoming a rare infection and sepsis that led to emergency surgery to remove part of my spine, homelessness, and rebuilding my life and business as a single mom entrepreneur, I didn’t just survive - I came back stronger. Now, I’m on a mission to help others rise from their struggles and fight for their future selves.

As a rising motivational speaker, I need someone with the same energy, hustle, and drive to help amplify my message and get me in front of audiences who need to hear it. This role is all about hustling to secure speaking gigs, media interviews, and podcast features - so we can spread the message of Wake Your Warrior to as many people as possible.

About the Role:

As my Sales Manager/Virtual Assistant, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and securing speaking opportunities. You’ll target regional conferences, podcasts, media outlets, and other relevant platforms to get my message heard. I expect you to actively research, reach out, and follow up with decision-makers to book speaking engagements.

You’ll be expected to:

Research and prospect speaking opportunities
Cold outreach to event organizers, podcasts, and media
Follow up and manage your pipeline to secure bookings
Tailor outreach messages for each lead
Keep track of all communication and responses
