What You'll Do:
- Manage the Skybox point-of-sale system by updating sales records, correcting errors, and ensuring real-time accuracy for inventory and order fulfillment.
- Handle email communications with ticket exchanges, processing retransfer requests, resolving disputes, and providing necessary documentation for claims.
- Manually upload and transfer tickets when automation does not apply, ensuring customers receive their tickets on time, especially for last-minute sales.
- Monitor and track disputes, chargebacks, and customer claims, maintaining organized records to support resolution and potential reimbursements.
- Reconcile discrepancies between sales records and actual ticket availability, working proactively to prevent fulfillment issues.
- Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to track sales updates, report issues, and log key transactions for internal reference.

Who We're Looking For:
- Computer Savvy: Comfortable navigating online systems and spreadsheets and knowing how to use email. Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, and efficient with time management.
- Attention to Detail: Precise when managing data to prevent errors.
- Proactive in Asking Questions: Willing to seek clarification rather than making assumptions.
- Dual Monitors Required: Must have two screens for optimal workflow.
