JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for someone to help out in our business.

You would be working directly with our in-office manager, operations assistant, and our other virtual assistant. Primary responsibilities would be working on supporting w/ sales (over the phone and messages), social media marketing following our existing system, customer service (replying to emails, occasional texts, and phones), helping us stay organized, updating spreadsheets, helping with marketing tasks, and payment collections.
Weekend availability would be a big plus.

I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing.

- Some tasks you will do to help my company, The Mop & Broom:

Booking customers over the phone and text messages. Preparing and sending out cleaning quotes.
Posting on social media, and updating offers and blogs on our website.
Updating Slack and Notion with daily job data, adding next-day cleanings into Slack
Screening and responding to indeed applicants, scheduling interviews
Scheduling and managing cleaner availability for my business - Handing scheduling and employee day off requests through the spreadsheet. Handing any client and job management communication with our cleaners


- The most important skill for this job is strong English communication skills both verbal and written and confidence in speaking!

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience
Fast learner
A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size
Monday - Friday availability from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST (Texas, US timezone)
Weekend availability would be a big plus!


- Pay: TBD. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job

I am looking for a full-time employee.

- About me

I'm the owner of an expanding cleaning service in Fort Worth, TX. We have an amazing team. I have been working with VAs for over 2 years now and all my VAs have been very happy to work with me. You will be given the opportunity to speak with my current VA / data entry specialist before you are hired.
