JOB OVERVIEW

The appointment setter is a crucial member of our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential customers from a provided list, introduce our services, and secure consultations for our estimators. This role reports to the Branch Manager and involves consistent communication, appointment setting, and participation in weekly meetings to track progress, address challenges, and improve performance. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Reach out to homeowners from assigned call lists, confidently introducing the company and its services.
- Lead Generation: Engage prospects in conversation to gauge interest and secure an appointment for an estimator consultation.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule consultation calls or in-person estimates while accurately logging customer details.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns or hesitations with professionalism and persuasive communication.
- Data Recording: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to share insights and receive feedback.
- Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to company policies, follow ethical sales practices, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements
- Reliable phone with unlimited calling & data.
- A quiet environment for making calls.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Available for at least 6 hours of calling per week.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).

Need to be available evenings and at least one day on the weekends (afternoon) -- all times in EST.
