Job Title: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – Google Ads, Meta Business Suite & Email Marketing (PHP 170/hr + Bonuses!)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), email marketing, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with strong English speaking and writing skills.

You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to improve marketing performance and brand positioning.

Responsibilities:
???? Digital Advertising & Lead Generation:
? Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video)
? Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns using Meta Business Suite
? Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic & brand visibility
? Develop YouTube Ads strategies for lead generation
? Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and engagement

???? Email Marketing & Workflow Automation:
? Write and execute email marketing campaigns targeting leads and customers
? Set up and optimize email sequences & follow-ups
? Create and manage workflow automation for lead nurturing
? Use CRM tools & Zapier integrations for campaign tracking and automation

???? Strategy & Performance Optimization:
? Analyze key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, engagement rates)
? Provide daily/weekly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations
? Continuously refine ad creatives, targeting, and copywriting for better results
? Research and implement new marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors

Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation
? Strong English speaking & writing skills
? Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
? Experience in email marketing & workflow automation
? Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance
? Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

???? Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
? API & automation skills for integrating marketing tools
? Experience with Zapier, CRM systems, and AI tools
? Copywriting experience for ad creatives & email campaigns

Work Hours & Compensation:
? Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (Flexible, but must be available 9 AM - 9 PM MST)
