Help craft a strategic vision and actively manage Kaleb Duncan Photography’s social media presence by consistently delivering high-quality, engaging content.
Job Description: Are you passionate about social media and creating scroll-stopping content? Duncan Creative is looking for a Social Media Manager to own our online presence. You’ll create engaging posts, edit short-form videos, and track performance to help tell our story and connect with our audience. If you’re creative, know your way around Instagram Reels, and love analytics, let’s collaborate to build something amazing!
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Schedule and post daily/weekly content on platforms (Instagram,
Write engaging captions that reflect Kaleb’s tone and build audience connections.
Research trending audio, hashtags, and content ideas to keep the brand relevant.
Analytics Tracking:
Monitor post performance and engagement metrics.
Provide insights to Kaleb on what’s working and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Organization:
Organize raw footage specifically for short-form use (e.g., snippets from larger projects).
Maintain a library of reusable assets like intros, outros, and templates for quicker turnaround.
Creative Collaboration:
Suggest creative ideas for Reels and social campaigns.
Work with Kaleb to align the short-form content with the overarching marketing goals.
Deliverables:
Consistent content calendar with posts.
Platform-specific optimizations (e.g., aspect ratios, resolutions).
Weekly metrics and review, plan for the following week.
