Social media marketing + buisness strategist

I'm Casey, a fitness and lifestyle coach. I am new to the online space and would love to grow my online presence and brand.
I offer branding services, including brand representation, promotion, marketing, and social media management for businesses and entrepreneurs. I also provide fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition services through online coaching. Additionally, I have recently started selling products on TikTok as an affiliate.

I am looking to hire two people for:
-Social Media Management: Handle all social media platforms and tasks from start to finish. Strong knowledge of Mailchimp, SMM, CRM, and other marketing/sales tools is required.

-Influence Outreach: Outreach and offer my branding, fitness, and nutrition services. You will earn a commission for any gig you close.

-Operations: Implement tools/systems to keep my business organized and help it grow. Experience with GHL/Clickfunnel is a plus. Please share a brief overview of your previous job and how you can help my business.
