JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic and growing martial arts school and coaching business dedicated to transforming lives through martial arts training and personal development. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facebook Marketing VA to help us expand our reach and optimize our Facebook marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


Facebook
Ads Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for both the martial arts school and coaching business.

Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

Creative Content Creation:

Collaborate to develop engaging ad creatives, including text, images, and videos, aligned with brand guidelines.

Use Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing and compelling graphics.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversions) to assess campaign success.

Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Budget Optimization:

Work within specified ad budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness while achieving campaign objectives.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget reallocation when necessary.

Client Communication:

Provide regular updates on campaign performance via Slack.

Attend virtual meetings to discuss strategies and align on objectives.

Daily Tasks:

Check ad performance daily to ensure campaigns are running smoothly.

Adjust targeting, bidding, and creative as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, with a portfolio of past work and results.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Creative flair for developing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with martial arts schools, coaches, or similar industries.

Knowledge of local and global Facebook advertising trends.

Certification in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant courses.

Working Hours:

Part-time (20 hours per week), with flexibility to work during your local daytime hours.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
