Job Description:
As a Telemarketer at Raven Eye Patrol, you will be the first point of contact in introducing our drone surveillance services to potential HOA clients. Your role will focus on generating leads, setting appointments, and fostering interest in our innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to HOA representatives and community managers.
• Present and explain the benefits of Raven Eye Patrol’s drone surveillance services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Stay informed about company services and market trends to address client inquiries effectively.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (experience in security services or technology is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
