We’re looking for a smart, tech-savvy virtual teaUpgrade to see actual infomber for the role of GoHighLevel Specialist to help our team and clients with marketing tasks.


REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency with GoHighLevel platform is a MUST HAVE - role requires building sites within GHL, membership area experience and proficiency with automations
Fluent English
Experience/knowledge working with digital marketing tasks such as websites, landing pages, email marketing, ads
Knowledge of CRM and project management software (such as Clickup, Asana or Trello)
A proactive "I can solve it" attitude
Teamwork attitude
Organization skills
Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses
Demonstrated ability to keep up with and test out new GHL features
Minimum two years in related role is preferred

BONUS KNOWLEDGE:

Social media and design experience
AI experience
Database builds / KPI dashboards
API integration

THE ROLE:

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Customer onboarding in Gohighlevel and other GHL tasks, including funnel and workflow builds
Project tracking (task deadlines/tasks)
Join Zoom calls for regular check-in’s to ensure tasks are being completed and helping collaborate with the client and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to accomplish company goals.
Identify and suggest operations improvement opportunities
Update or create new SOP’s/processes to improve operations
