JOB OVERVIEW

As an Influencer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers to amplify our brand's reach. You will also be responsible for creating strategies to build a vibrant, engaged community of creators and brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Outreach:

Research and identify influencers across key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Conduct outreach to potential collaborators and negotiate partnerships.
Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring they feel valued and aligned with our brand.
Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer collaborations.
Community Building:

Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of community among influencers.
Organize virtual or in-person events, challenges, and group initiatives to keep creators engaged.
Campaign Management:

Work closely with marketing to align influencer campaigns with broader brand goals.
Monitor and evaluate influencer performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
Content & Strategy Support:

Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content.
Provide guidelines and creative briefs to ensure consistent brand representation.
Analysis & Reporting:

Track campaign success and generate reports with insights to improve future collaborations.
Maintain a database of influencers, campaigns, and performance metrics.
