We’re looking for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and help us take Evergreen to the next level.
The COO will play a key role in shaping Evergreen’s operational strategy and ensuring our processes align with business goals. As a member of the executive team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage internal teams, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across all business units. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, systems-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the agency delivers projects efficiently and meets client expectations.
• Develop and implement processes to improve workflows, productivity, and profitability, this includes building automations.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals and ensure their execution.
• Build and manage high-performing teams across departments (account management, creative, strategy, and operations).
• Analyze agency performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Drive resource allocation, project prioritization, and operational budgets.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure client success processes are seamless and scalable.
• Support team development through training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Champion agency culture, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar industry.
• Proven success in managing teams and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, project delivery, and client success.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing KPIs, financial data, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience in building automatic workflows to help teams better succeed.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing agency environment.
