Job Description:
As our E-Commerce Dropshipping Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our business—from product sourcing to marketing campaigns and everything in between. This role is perfect for a highly organized, creative professional who understands both the strategic and hands-on work required in a thriving online business. You will work directly with the founders and take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and advertising strategies, while also managing supply chains, conducting market research, and ensuring a consistently polished brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Advertising:
Develop, implement, and optimize Meta
Leverage analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies based on insights and KPIs.
Branding & Design:
Oversee design projects to maintain a cohesive brand identity, ensuring visual assets align with brand guidelines.
Create or coordinate the production of engaging video content and compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Market Research & Product Sourcing:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify winning products and untapped niches.
Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
Copywriting & Content Creation:
Write persuasive and brand-aligned copy for product listings, landing pages, advertisements, and
Coordinate the production of content across multiple channels, ensuring messages are consistent and support overall marketing goals.
Operations & Strategy:
Streamline workflows, automate processes where possible, and manage inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate on growth strategies and provide regular reports on sales, conversion rates, and ROI to inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and scaling dropshipping or e-commerce businesses.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing software.
Solid understanding of market research methodologies and product sourcing strategies.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused messaging.
Analytical mindset and familiarity with e-commerce analytics (e.g., Google Analytics,
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for staying current with industry best practices.
