We are a growing home-buying company specializing in off-market property purchases. We generate leads through direct mail and Digital Channels, with a team of acquisition reps who engage with home sellers to secure contracts. We are looking to build a custom SuiteCRM tailored to our unique business processes and workflows.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SuiteCRM Customization and Automation Specialist to help us design, build, and implement a CRM solution. This will include customizing fields, creating automated workflows, and integrating tools to streamline our operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SuiteCRM, technical expertise, and experience in creating user-friendly, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Customize SuiteCRM modules, fields, and layouts to align with our business processes.
• Design and implement automated workflows for lead management, sales pipelines, and contract tracking.
• Integrate SuiteCRM with third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, marketing platforms) using APIs.
• Optimize the CRM for acquisition reps to improve usability and efficiency.
• Set up and maintain the self-hosted SuiteCRM environment, ensuring security and performance.
• Provide training and documentation for our team to maximize CRM usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience with SuiteCRM customization and module development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of API integration and data mapping.
• CRM Implementation:
• Proven track record in implementing and automating CRM workflows.
• Familiarity with lead generation, sales pipelines, and contract processes.
• System Administration:
• Experience with self-hosted environments (e.g., Linux servers, Apache/Nginx).
• Understanding of server security and maintenance best practices.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience customizing SuiteCRM for real estate or lead-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with direct mail and online advertising tools like Google Ads.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance CRM usability.
