JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company with stores across the EU and are looking for an experienced customer service specialist (m/f/d) for email support to join our team.

If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently, we would love to meet you! Your expertise will help elevate our customer service to the next level and further improve customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of customer inquiries via email.
- Ensuring fast and friendly communication with our customers.
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Your Profile:
- Experience in email customer service or a comparable position.
- Excellent written communication skills in German (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented and independent working style.
- Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping.
- Active management of customer enquiries to keep the refund rate as low as possible.
