IT Manager with Zapier Experience

We are a Real Estate company based in Florida, seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing our website, email systems, and integration with platforms such as Salesforce and Mailchimp. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress development, Zapier, and CRM integrations, along with a broad technical skill set to support our company's IT needs. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
- Oversee the updates and maintenance of our WordPress website. While our graphic designers will provide design assets, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing those designs on the site. 
- Handle all company email operations, ensuring that communication with clients is accurate and sent promptly. 
- Expertly use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, WordPress) for greater efficiency. 
- Oversee the integration between Salesforce and Mailchimp, ensuring smooth data syncing. Add new employees, manage leads, and ensure that updates are sent to clients’ email addresses correctly. 
- Create, maintain, and optimize custom scripts for lead generation and automation tasks as required. 
- Serve as the primary IT support for the company, troubleshooting technical issues and providing assistance as needed for both internal systems and employee technology needs. 
- Implement best practices to ensure the website remains secure and up to date, while also conducting performance tests to optimize speed and scalability. 
- Work closely with the marketing team to align technical solutions with business and marketing goals. 
- Manage the setup of company email addresses, Slack access, and other required tools for new hires, ensuring all necessary systems are in place for a smooth onboarding process. 

Requirements: 
- Proven experience in WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin management. 
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Mailchimp integration, including syncing data and managing email communication. 
- Expertise in Zapier for automating workflows and connecting various software platforms. 
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. 
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application is a plus. 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Ability to troubleshoot and support IT-related issues across various platforms.
