What You’ll Do:
UGC Strategy Development: Lead the ideation and planning for UGC campaigns tailored to client goals.
Script Creation: Write persuasive and engaging scripts with clear hooks and calls-to-action for video ads across TikTok, Instagram,
Creative Direction: Guide creators to produce content aligned with campaign strategies and brand guidelines.
Visual Storytelling: Plan and oversee the production of eye-catching UGC visuals and imagery.
Collaboration: Work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign results to refine and optimise creative approaches for future content.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and UGC best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing UGC ads, scripts, and images.
Creativity Meets Performance: Ability to craft creative concepts that are both innovative and data-driven.
Scriptwriting Expertise: Proven ability to write compelling, platform-specific ad scripts with strong hooks.
Visual Eye: A good understanding of framing, lighting, and editing for UGC-style content.
Social Media Fluency: Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and
Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working directly with creators and clients to bring ideas to life.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
