Versatile Virtual Assistant (VA) – Muslim, Tech-Savvy, and Creative

Role Overview:
We are searching for a tech-savvy, versatile, and proactive VA who enjoys working with technology, learning new tools, and leveraging AI for tasks. This role requires someone comfortable with both creative and administrative work, with training provided for specialized tasks.

Responsibilities:

Tech & Automations:

Setting up and managing automations.
Creating simple funnels (training provided).
Exploring and leveraging AI tools for emails and other processes.
Social Media Management:

Scheduling and posting content.
Managing engagement and replies.
Assisting in creating and curating content.

Admin Support:

Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Organizing files and managing email correspondence.
Providing general support to the team.
Content Editing (Preferred):

Basic video or graphic editing skills (e.g., trimming videos, creating social media graphics).

Requirements:

Tech Enthusiasm: Experience in or willingness to learn tasks related to tech, automations, and AI tools.
Versatility: Open to working on a variety of tasks, from admin work to tech-based responsibilities.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and can work independently or as part of a team.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Canva, email marketing platforms, or social media scheduling tools.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Basic understanding of funnels and digital marketing is a plus but not required.
Basic editing skills for videos or graphics (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut).
