JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

Elevated Cleaners is a premier remote cleaning business based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. We book various types of cleaning services including commercial and Airbnb accounts, though we focus mainly on the residential market. We have a remote, subcontracting model, which means we have no physical equipment or employees. We instead provide the link between marketing & sales and the cleaners who do the service themselves as contractors. Because of this, our business model is dependent on our outstanding customer service and ability to reliably deliver high-quality cleaning services across the metro Charlotte area. As we grow into a larger company, we are looking for high-energy sales professionals with experience speaking directly with clients. This candidate should also be willing to work with us for a long time in order to best learn the intricacies of the business, further opening growth opportunities as well.

Responsibilities:

You will work with the executive team to take over a sales and operational role. You will primarily start out in a more client-facing role, selling cleaning services to leads and closing those leads as well as communicating effectively with current clients as the representative for Elevated Cleaners. While you will have many phone calls and messages coming to you, there will be days that require you to go out and get the business. On the operations side, you will be communicating directly with the cleaners to handle any confusion during the cleans as well as getting them scheduled on any unassigned cleans. These responsibilities will be broken down more below:

Sales:
Inbound Leads:
- Be able to sell cleaning services and close deals at a high closing percentage.
- Be able to use Go High Level for calling/messaging/lead pipelines organization.
- Answering lead phone calls and lead messages from Google Local Services.
- Call or message any potential leads from organic sources such as our website or social media.
- Be persistent & call unsold leads from previous days.
- Be able to use Booking Koala to put down all clients information and book them, organize bookings, track cleanings on schedule, etc.
- Call customers post-clean to receive feedback and share our review link with those willing to give 5 stars.

Outbound Leads:
- Cold calling realtors/property managers in the area who are open to partnering with cleaning companies.
- Cold outreach on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor.

Marketing:
- Consistently edit pictures using Canva and post on company Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor.
- Consistently post updates on Google My Business Profile.

Operations:
- Use Slack to communicate about scheduling, send notes, or exchange photos.
- Assign cleaners to new or unassigned bookings in Booking Koala.
- Use Google Translate to best communicate with Spanish cleaners.
- Deal with any confusion or issues during cleanings.
- Keep track of data in Google Sheets or Monday.com and continue to update it regularly.
- Make sure to hit projections and adjust as need be throughout the month.

*Key Consideration*: You will be responsible for working during our operating hours of 9am to 5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday plus half days on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
- High-energy individual eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent understanding of the English language, with clear and effective communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, both intuitive and inquisitive.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make careful and thoughtful decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Proven experience working remotely.
- Reliable internet connection and consistent attentiveness to phone and laptop throughout the workday.

Plus Qualifications
- Familiarity with the cleaning industry.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM.
- Experience using Booking Koala.
- Proficiency with Slack for team communication.
- Experience with Monday.com for project management.
- Knowledge of Google Local Services.
