Virtual Assistant - Web Development with Graphic Design & Social Media Management

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our growing company. Your primary responsibility will be web development and design in WordPress (Kadence or Elementor), with secondary tasks in graphic design and social media management. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, organized, and capable of managing projects

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & Design
• Create, update, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress with Kadence or Elementor.
• Implement UI/UX best practices to ensure functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and routine website maintenance.
• Optimize websites for performance and SEO.

Graphic Design
• Design branded materials such as social media graphics, email templates, and promotional assets.
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma for high-quality designs.

Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Monitor engagement and implement strategies to grow audience and reach.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web development and design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Strong skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Familiarity with social media management.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
