We're seeking a technical leader – someone who speaks both 'business' and 'developer' fluently, and can orchestrate successful software deliveries between our Business Analysts and our Development Teams.

Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Development Operations (“Dev Ops”) / Technical Delivery Manager to become a pivotal part of our operations. Acting as the bridge between our business analysts and development teams, you’ll ensure the quality, timeliness, and reliability of technical deliverables that are integral to our clients’ success. Key Responsibilities
• Your responsibilities will fall into three core categories:

1. Quality Assurance and Technical Validation
• Validate technical deliverables against business requirements, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Conduct rigorous testing of system integrations, customizations, and automations.
• Maintain a high bar for deliverable quality before presenting to clients.
• Document and track technical issues, leading their resolution in a timely manner.
2. Development Team Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business analysts and development teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical documentation and actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with development partners to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and resolve them to keep projects on track.
3. Process Improvement
• Design and refine development quality standards.
• Enhance our testing and validation frameworks.
• Maintain and expand technical documentation repositories.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting actionable improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

We’re looking for candidates with:
• 3–4 years of ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
• A strong technical background, including an ability to review and validate code.
• A proven track record of managing external development teams.
• Experience in quality assurance or technical project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with system integration projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Extra points for candidates with:
• Experience integrating e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Knowledge of multi-tax jurisdiction setups and their technical implications.
• A background in implementing ERP systems.
• Python or Java programming experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
