Cold Outreach Model Recruiter at Elite Luxe Models
As a Model Recruiter at Elite Luxe Models, you will play a crucial role in finding and developing the next generation of top models. We are seeking an innovative, driven individual with a keen eye for talent and a passion for the modeling industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and actively seek out qualified potential models through various forms of networking and scouting
- Use your industry knowledge and experience to identify potential models who fit our agency's brand and aesthetic
- Build and maintain relationships with models, agents, and other industry professionals
- Send >100 video messages per day to models to engage them and get appointments
-Follow up regularly with prospects
-Log actions in CRM worksheets
- Research models’ social media profiles for fit to our business model
- Collaborate with other members of the Elite Luxe Models team to develop strategies for finding and recruiting top talent
- Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the fashion and modeling industry
- Continuously strive to improve the diversity and inclusivity of our model roster
- Future areas for growth in the role include:
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate the potential of new models
Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new models
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the modeling industry as a model, agent, or recruiter
- Strong understanding of the online modeling industry and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with models and industry professionals
- Proven track record of identifying and developing successful models
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.

? You are able to meet KPI’s
? You have your own laptop, quiet workspace, fast internet
?You have backup power and internet
