About the Role:
As a Digital Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our website, improving user experience, and ensuring ERES remains highly visible in search engine rankings. You’ll be responsible for web development, managing SEO strategies, and driving digital growth to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to our applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Web Development:
1. Design, develop, and maintain the ERES website to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and a user-friendly experience.
2. Implement and manage web applications to streamline internal processes and enhance client interactions.
• Full-Stack SEO:
1. Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
3. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimization and Performance:
1. Identify and implement strategies to improve website speed, security, and overall performance.
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, web development, and digital marketing to keep ERES ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or equivalent frameworks).
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
• Problem-Solver: A proactive mindset to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Experience: Previous experience in web development and SEO is required.
