We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing outstanding support to both hosts and their guests. What You’ll Do
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for Airbnb hosts, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Operations Management: Coordinate with cleaners, handymen, and other vendors to ensure properties are always guest-ready.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor property performance and provide hosts with regular updates on bookings, reviews, and revenue.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Handle claims, disputes, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.

Skills and Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools like Hospitable, PriceLabs, and other property management systems is an advantage.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively.
- Availability: Flexibility to respond to urgent guest or host issues when needed.
