We're spending more than $500,000 every month on the creatives our designers make, so you'll get learnings and mentorship from the top people in the ad space to develop your creative skills.

Your role will involve:

- Creating compelling ad visuals from brand assets
- Working from creative briefs while adding your unique touch
- Learning advanced ad design techniques from industry experts

Potential for full-time, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance. To start off:

- 20 hours per week, $600 to $750 monthly pay. If you're good, we'll turn this into a full-time position.
