Position Summary: Advanced Backend Developer
We are seeking advanced backend developers with expertise in Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eCommerce development, with a particular focus on integrating and streamlining back-end systems while understanding the importance of the front-end customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to create and optimize workflows, build integrations between tech stacks, and ensure our platforms are robust, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

Key Expertise Needed:

- Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting.
- Competency in building integrations between different tech stacks.
- eCommerce platforms and backend system development.
- Ruby (Shopify) and PHP (WordPress).

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize backend systems using Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting.
- Build seamless integrations between Shopify, WordPress, Zoho apps, and other platforms.
- Create workflow automations and custom functions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with the team to align backend functionality with front-end customer experience needs.
- Ensure platform reliability by testing and debugging systems in sandbox environments.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Ruby (Shopify) and PHP (WordPress).
- Experience in integrating multiple systems and platforms into a cohesive tech stack.
- Understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including the importance of the front-end user journey.
- Ability to free-code without reliance on AI tools (testing will be conducted during the hiring process).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Experience with other Zoho One apps (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Flow).
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- SEO understanding.
- Android and iOS app development experience.

Working Hours
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday (Saturday optional for additional hours).
- Part-time options are also available for the right candidates.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $650-$1,500/month, based on experience and skill level.
- Qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
