JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with good written and verbal communication in english. Can use RingCentral Phone to make call to Vendors and Customers. Candidate will have a good understanding of Office 365, TEAMS, Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint. Candidate should be able to work during 2pm PST to 7pm PST. There is potential of making this a full time job. Candidate must have reliable internet and computer

Job Duties include:

1) Transfer sales notes to excel quoting sheet that includes window dimensions, style, type and source.
2) Reach Vendors to get quotes
3) Set Up Estimates
4) Bill Clients
3) Bookkeeping

Skills:

1) Excel - Advace Level
2) English - Proficient
3) Communication - Written and Verbal
4) One year of QuickBooks
5) Social Media a Plus
6) Reliable
