Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
• Lead the recruitment process for virtual staff, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with the organization’s culture and values.
• Develop and oversee a seamless onboarding process to set new hires up for success.
2. Team Engagement and Culture Building
• Plan and lead engaging, fun tea
• Foster a positive team culture by conducting regular temperature checks, encouraging open communication, and creating initiatives to boost morale.
3. Performance and Development Management
• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to monitor and follow up on individual and team goals.
• Support the tracking and achievement of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance to employees to support their professional growth and development.
4. Communication and Presentation
• Create impactful presentations that clearly convey key messages, inspire action, and engage diverse audiences.
• Maintain excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across the team and with leadership.
5. Personality and Leadership
• Bring a fun, approachable, and energetic personality to the workplace, serving as a role model for positive engagement.
• Build strong relationships with tea
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR management, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for creating engaging presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and promote a collaborative, motivated work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving goals and managing performance metrics.
• A positive, approachable, and enthusiastic personality that inspires others.
