JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lease Review and Management:
Review and analyze lease agreements, identifying clauses requiring amendments or negotiation.
Draft and track amendments to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
Collaborate with legal counsel and leasing agents to finalize lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a centralized database of leases, contracts, and key documents, ensuring deadlines, renewals, and milestones are tracked.

Operational Oversight and Process Management:
Coordinate daily workflows to ensure smooth execution of leasing processes and operational activities.
Oversee the lease execution process, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
Monitor deliverables such as approvals, signatures, and payments, while maintaining organized, audit-ready files of all documentation.
Track and report key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries and updates, fostering clear and consistent communication.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and legal counsel, to align leasing activities with company goals.
Manage relationships with landlords, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all leases comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain organized records of agreements, correspondence, and updates to ensure readiness for audits or other evaluations.
Support the executive team with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.

Project Management:
Assist in the coordination of multiple real estate and operational projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Provide proactive solutions to leasing challenges, driving processes forward to achieve business objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business operations, real estate administration, or related roles (leasing, paralegal, or legal assistant preferred).
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, contract management, and compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry is an asset.
