Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Reporting:

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

Prepare and deliver detailed reports for internal use and customer presentations.

Identify trends and insights to support decision-making.

Design and Content Creation:

Create visually appealing reports and presentations using Canva.

Design engaging content for social media campaigns and other marketing materials.

Video Editing:

Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and internal use.

Incorporate branding elements, animations, and graphics to enhance video content.

Customer Communication:

Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting needs and provide customized solutions.

Present data insights in a clear and visually compelling manner.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Canva and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Strong command of data tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting platforms.

Creative Skills:

Exceptional design sense with experience creating professional reports and marketing materials.

Ability to create polished and engaging video content.

Other Skills:

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a reporting, marketing, or creative assistant role.

Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
