We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized, and hardworking individual to join our team of young professionals at Carpe Diem Tours. This full-time job will be crucial to our business and is a dynamic role that will require you to use multiple platforms to manage bookings and support our customers.

SHIFT HOURS
Our shift pattern is from 8AM CET TO 4PM CET on Monday and Tuesday, from 12:45PM CET to 8:45PM CET on Fri-Sat-Sun. Wednesday and Thursday will be fixed days off.

PAYMENT
3.5$ per hour, 8hours per day and 5 days per week, for two weeks of training
4$ per hour after training, 15% increase to the hourly rate after six months of working with us

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
- Iphone (preferred)
- Fast PC / Mac
- Great, fast internet connection

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing bookings through multiple different suppliers and Online Travel Agents.
Inputting bookings into our organisation software (Monday.com) and booking platform (Rezdy but soon migrating to Bokun)
Working closely with our team of tour guides, assigning tours and organising daily tour schedules
Providing an excellent level of customer service, speaking with and assisting customers throughout the day
Dealing with daily messages ranging from initial enquiry/amendments/itinerary timings and suggestions/complaints
Performing daily checks on all booking flatforms to ensure everything is up to date
Communicating and working closely with our various partner agencies

PAST EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a customer service role
Previous administrational experience
Telesales experience (preferred)
