Job Description:
As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with US-Slang and American Pop culture
Enthusiastic about American culture since most of the clients are form the US
Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or social media engagement.
Familiarity with customer retention strategies or relationship-building techniques.
A proactive and creative problem-solving mindset.
