Marketing Agency Manager

About Us:

We’re launching a new cold email outreach company under a different brand, and we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Agency Manager/Lead to join our team. You’ll work closely with the two founders to ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the business. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role in a dynamic, fully remote team.


What You’ll Do:

As our Agency Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Running Day-to-Day Operations: Overseeing all aspects of the business to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Client Communication: Building strong relationships with our clients by acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
Campaign Management: Launching and managing client email campaigns to drive results and meet campaign objectives.
Payment Management: Handling and managing payments from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
What You Won’t Do
You won’t be responsible for growing the business or generating sales. All new clients will be provided to you, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.


What We’re Looking For:

Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
Tech-savviness and familiarity with email campaign tools or willingness to learn.
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
Digital marketing experience, from another agency is a bonus
Professional level of written and spoken English
