Customer Service

We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to support our brands via WhatsApp and email.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and email professionally and promptly (in german, can translate with deepl.com)
Assist with product questions, order tracking, returns, and exchanges
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
so the responsibilietes

7 days a week work
each day around 3hrs
2x a day
morning time
and evening
whatsapp support

email support 4x main shops
supplier chat issues if customer has wrong adress

Requirements:
Experience in WhatsApp and email customer support with EUROPE DROPSHIPPING STORES
Handle DISPUTES on PayPal
Talk with customers in german language, can translate with deepl
