In this role, you'll use your expertise in motion design and video production to create high-quality content that drives customer engagement and supports lead generation. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and showcasing ResuMinder's cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Animation and Motion Graphics:
• Create stunning animations and motion graphics using tools such as Blender, Adobe After Effects (with plugins like Element 3D), or Cinema 4D, or similar software.
• Produce 3D visuals and motion graphics that effectively communicate ResuMinder's value proposition to potential customers.
• Video Production:
• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce recruitment videos that highlight company culture, job opportunities, and ResuMinder's AI-powered solutions.
• Develop short-form video content for platforms like LinkedIn to promote open positions, company milestones, and product features.
• Work closely with the sales team to produce high-impact product demo videos and explainers.
• Lead Generation Support:
• Use video and animation assets to support LinkedIn outreach and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on visually engaging materials for lead generation, including social media posts, ads, and landing pages.
• Track and analyze the performance of video and animation content to optimize for engagement and conversions.
• Branding & Innovation:
• Ensure all animations, videos, and graphics align with ResuMinder’s brand guidelines and communicate its innovative AI-driven solutions effectively.
• Stay updated on trends in animation, video editing, and recruitment marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Animation Expertise: Proficiency in creating animations and motion graphics using tools such as Blender (free, open-source 3D animation), Adobe After Effects (with plugins like Element 3D), or Cinema 4D (3D modeling, animation, and rendering). Familiarity with similar tools is also acceptable.
• Graphic Design: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Affinity Designer, or CorelDRAW.
• Video Editing: Experience with platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for high-quality video editing.
• Creativity: A strong ability to craft compelling animations and videos that resonate with a tech-savvy audience.
• Branding: Experience in maintaining and evolving a brand's visual identity, particularly for B2B or tech industries.
• Knowledge of AI/Tech: Familiarity with the tech and AI sectors and how to visually represent complex concepts.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing animations, motion graphics, and video editing capabilities, including branding, marketing campaigns, and recruitment content.

Compensation:
• Probation Period (3 Months):
• Earn 30% commission on the revenue from each customer subscription acquired through your video and animation content, for every month the customer remains subscribed, up to one year.
• Post-Probation Package:
• Upon successful completion of probation, a new package will be provided, including a competitive base salary and a revised commission structure. Details of the new commission structure will reward performance while aligning with the company’s growth goals.
• Earning Potential During Probation:
• A single subscription at £1,500 per month would earn you £450 monthly (£5,400 annually), which is approximately $567 monthly ($6,804 annually) or ?33,376 monthly (?400,513 annually) based on exchange rates of 1 GBP = 1.26 USD and 1 GBP = 74.17 PHP.
• Bonuses: Additional bonuses for exceptional campaign performance, such as high lead generation rates or significant customer acquisitions, rewarding creativity and impact.
