Who are we?

We are a general fashion dropshipping company that runs multiple e-commerce stores using Shopify in Europe and have done over 750.000 euros. in revenue.

At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for new talents for our digital advertising team to help us in achieving goals efficiently.

Whom do we search for?
We are searching for an experienced virtual assistant with a track record in customer service/customer support who meets Our expectations. you'll be tasked with replying to the emails about customers whatever that maybe which includes questions like: "Where is my order?" "My order is not as described" "How can I get a refund" and all other inquiries.

What do you need:
Previous experience in ecommerce.
Able to translate emails and respond accordingly as we are working in the european markets! (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
Passion about building a brand and being part of a team.
Familiarity with responding to customer emails.
Basic knowledge of online tools for adapting photos
Understanding advertising metrics and interest in data analysis
Good organization when it comes to various assets and mastering patience, reliability and being helpful to any inquiry a customer might have.
Following advertising trends and handling all formats well
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take the initiative
A team player that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Previous experience in advertising in other marketing channels (Google, Snapchat, Pinterest) is a plus
Experience with working in a team.
