**Job Title: Part-Time Real Estate Cold Caller & Assistant**

**Hours:** 4 hours per day

**Pay:** $4 USD per hour + Commission

**About the Job:**

Hello! I’m looking for a dedicated Cold Caller and Assistant with experience in cold calling or customer service, ideally in the real estate industry. In this role, you will be calling landlords from a provided database to confirm whether their property is available. If the property is available, you will send the lead to me, and if I successfully close the deal, you will earn a commission for each lead you’ve provided.

**Qualifications:**

- Clear English accent with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service
- Experience or interest in real estate is a plus
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed and learn
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
