Influencer Outreach Assistant

As an Influencer Outreach Assistant at Malaberg, you will help us find and recruit influencers and collaborators across our brands. Your efforts will help find relevant influencers and brief them on making authentic user-generated content (UGC) engaging with our products.

Using approved guidelines, you will source, contact, and engage with influencers. Working closely with the Influencer and Partnership Manager, you’ll help expand our network and execute scalable outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Source influencers matching profiles and demographics provided
Reach out to influencers using approved scripts, templates and guidelines
Work towards a daily outreach target
Follow up with influencers promptly, within a few hours during work hours.
Fill out order forms for influencer gifting to ensure timely fulfilment.
Utilise ready-made replies and scripts for efficient communication

Qualifications:
Excellent written English skills are essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in influencer outreach or repetitive outreach is a plus.
