We’re on the lookout for a Fulfillment Customer Service & Data Analyst to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

Day in the Life of a Fulfillment Customer Service & Data Analyst at GT Ecom
-Respond to customer service team inquiries about order statuses, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
-Regularly analyze and monitor product prices across various suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
-Track and record price changes, ensuring the product listings on the website are updated accurately and in a timely manner
-Assist in setting appropriate pricing strategies, taking into account market trends and supplier pricing updates
-Verify supplier invoices for accuracy, ensuring the correct pricing, shipping costs, and any applicable discounts are applied.
-Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues related to product availability, pricing discrepancies, or order delays.
-Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers, keeping records of all transactions and monitoring payment schedules.
-Record and maintain detailed records of pricing, invoices, and payment statuses to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.
-Provide regular updates and reports to management on pricing changes, order statuses, and supplier performance.

We would love to hear from you if…
-At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce.
-Proven experience in customer service (CS) roles
-Proven expertise in data analysis, particularly using Excel.
-Background in Business Intelligence (BI) development or a degree in statistics is preferred.
-Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and numerical proficiency.
-Ability to thrive under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
